Delivery information

Due to the perishable nature of our goods, we are able to deliver to most areas on the UK mainland, excluding Scottish Highlands and northern regions of Scotland, where couriers specify a 2 day delivery service. We are unable to deliver to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight and Isles of Scilly.

Any orders placed after 12 noon, will be dispatched the following day. Frozen goods being sent out by courier will be delivered Tuesday to Friday, with the exception of bank holidays, where they will be delayed a day.

Frozen goods

Frozen goods will be delivered by DPD, Parcelforce or on our own refrigerated vehicles. You will be able to choose your preferred delivery date when completing your order.

When using couriers, our raw food is sent out in strong cardboard boxes and the frozen products are placed inside a thermal liner to ensure they remain chilled for up to 72 hours.

Our couriers will email or text your delivery confirmation. Please do not change your delivery date with the courier, as they will have already received your order and perishable goods will spoil. We take no responsibility for any orders in these circumstances.

If you are unable to receive your order and goods are left in a ‘safe place’, the top layer may become soft at the edges, please put straight in the freezer to firm up. This is normal and will not harm the product.
